My group of 6 friends had a wonderful weekend at this property. The accommodations were perfect for our group and the location was within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants. Courtney was super helpful and responsive. She provided recommendations for restaurants to visit and other things to do while in New Orleans. We had everything we needed at the property and really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, good layout - be aware, owner occupied
We really wanted to love this place. It’s in a great neighborhood, the layout was perfect for 3 couples and 2 kids. The upstairs has the master and 2 queen bedrooms that share a bathroom. There is another queen bedroom downstairs next to the main bath. The back and side patios were great for hanging out and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The downside is I did not realize from the listing that the home is occupied (to be fair she did disclose after I booked). It was not as clean as a pure short-term rental and there were a number of issues (items in the washing machine that left hair behind, bedroom closets, drawers & kitchen cabinets full and more). There were a few maintenance issues that the owner confirmed they will get fixed immediately. Owner is aware and working to improve the experience for her guests.
We visited Nola to give our college student some comforts of home. We also hosted a dinner for her friends. The Bellvillle was perfect! Spacious, clean, wonderfully appointed. It had everything we needed! Additionally it is a short walk from some of our fav restaurants on Freret. The host was wonderfully communicative, super nice, and very helpful. We will be staying here whenever we can!
We stayed here for the Essence Festival, there was plenty of room for all 7 of us. The place was clean and in a good location, short Uber to the dome, bourbon street, and other spots. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else. Also Courtney was a great host with excellent and easy communication and super nice.
I'm a single mother of three children who loves to travel and enjoy nature. I genuinely enjoy hosting guests in my home.
