This house was well stocked in the kitchen and laundry (beach towels and extra rags). We were there for 9 nights. It was wonderful being right on the water. Very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

It was nice. Could be up graded, bathroom toilets are really low and king bed could be up dated. The split unit A/C drips a little even on 76. Other than that is was really nice and cozy. We all loved it and perfect for a boat and fishing. Thank you so much! We would certainly stay again!

Wonderful Waterfront Charmer

The home was extremely clean! It was exactly what we were hoping for. The boat docking spot was perfect, the outdoor space was wonderful, very well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels & linens. It is a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We saw a 6 foot shark and mama & baby manatee swimming in the canal right in front of the property. We would stay here again!

Old Florida style canal front getaway

Wow did we love this place! Totally updated but fortunately Old Florida touches were left so the home is so inviting. Bring your boat or just enjoy chilling out on the canal. Very quiet safe neighborhood so we felt so comfortable during our stay. Walk to several restaurants and boat/diving/fishing places too. No negative comments just a beautiful vacation there!

This rental was everything you can hope for and more. Aptly described as a “waterfront charmer”, it truly did not disappoint. The home had all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable, from a well equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces. The outdoor area’s are a great place to watch the sun rise over the water-a truly serene experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home, I would highly recommend this charming waterfront retreat!

The beds especially twins were soiled and uncomfortable. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable old and worn. The kitchen was well supplied. The outdoor area was very nice.

Perfect Sea side vacation

This vacation was perfect, the 2 bedroom house was clean, and very well decorated. They had everything you needed from cooking to sleeping. The property had a great feel to it. Perfect for small family’s and or just a couples vacation. There is plenty to do from deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling and shopping. I highly recommend this place. It was extremely affordable and comfortable. Thank you for a great memory. We will be back

Classic Florida house on a Marathon canal

This cute waterfront house is perfect for 2-4 people. Wonderful for those who are into boating/fishing. It is well-equipped and has a/c which we didn't need until the last day! Only used the ceiling fans. Lovely private patio in the back with grill and a plenty of seating. Two full baths. Good location for getting around the middle Keys. The old flooring in the house looks a bit dated, but not a problem. It is really a perfect getaway house! Would stay there again.
