Yes, the beach was unobstructed. Yes, we enjoyed the pool. The beds & pillows were not comfortable. Washing machine was cantankerous to start.

The condo was just as described- we had 6 adults and three under three and had plenty of room for everyone- the space was clean and it was a very quiet stay! Lots of dishes, beds were comfy- we could have used more towels but there is a washer and dryer so we utilized it- the host was always very quick to answer any questions and checkin was a breeze- we had never been to Phoenix West and there is no signage when you enter as where to go to sign in but as we drove to the back of the building we asked and found everything- the lazy river and pool was a hit with the kids - would definitely stay here again
