This warm and functional semi-detached house offers the following spaces:
• A living room with open kitchen, including a sofa, a television and free Wi-Fi connection (use under the responsibility of the tenant).
• A fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils.
• A bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed 140x190 cm and a dressing cupboard.
• A bathroom with sink and walk-in shower.
• Separate toilets.
• A mezzanine fitted with a BZ 140x190 bed that can be used as a play area.
• An upstairs bedroom with 3 single beds (including 1 trundle bed), ideal for children or teenagers.
• An enclosed garden of about 60 m², equipped with a terrace, barbecue, parasol, deckchair and garden table.
• A laundry room with water point and washing machine

• Included: Household products, sponges, tea towels, dishwasher tablets provided free of charge.
• Not included: Bed linen, towels and beach towels.
• Non-smoking rental, pets not allowed, tents are not allowed in the garden.
• If there is no cleaning fee when you book, it means that cleaning is not included and is at your expense
