Wonderful Vacation Home

The house was just as it looks in the pictures, clean, well stocked, with a great view, and great location. We had plenty of room for our family. The gas fire place was very nice as well. We liked the gated neighborhood.

Beautiful property. Great home setup. Only difficulty was finding indoor pool and trash location. Would totally stay again.

Good location, very beautiful view right at the top of the mountain, all the utensils I needed was working, it needs some repairs and the biggest problem was the cleaning we had some problems that

Reunion of friends - Class of ‘75!!!!

From 8 states expanding over 1,001 miles, we came together in the mountains! Half in this home and half on Ridge Haven Pkwy at the Bowman/Barton Mtn home. Great reunion!!!

Great family getaway

We went with family friends and had the best weekend! The most useful tool was the book of hikes close by and the ratings based on skill level. We took the kids hiking everyday and they still talk about that as one of their highlights! It was plenty of room to all spread out in the house too even eith 4 adults and 7 children. The property managers responded to everything very quickly!

August vacation

The view is unbeatable. Nice house. About 2000 sq feet so not huge but really plenty of room. Cool temps all day, quiet, near Boone and Banner Elk. Gated, friendly people, easy to get there, 3600 feet altitude. No negatives.

Cozy Cabin w/ Incredible Views

A couple of friends from our women’s Jiu Jitsu team gathered for a snowboarding adventure with our kids in tow. Our husbands are deployed overseas, one of which recently passed away, so we were desperately seeking a much needed girls weekend. The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and in the perfect location. The view of the mountains was incredible! We loved spending our weekend in Echota and would love to return for future ski trips. We were happy to laugh, make memories, and find peace in the mountains. This incredible place made it possible.

Nice Week In Echota

Overall we had a great stay last week. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of space for our group. The community amenities and views are spectacular. The only knock I really have on the house is the lack of good water pressure. If someone is taking a shower and you try and run the sink water to wash dishes etc its barely a trickle and makes it hard with a large group. Again thats really the only knock. Loved the stay

Stay at Boulders

Clean, what anticipated via pics accurate. Access to property in winter too rigid...if cleaned day(s) before or early AM, need to know can entry before 4PM, getting dark. Rely on email from cleaning crew, nothing from Blue Ridge to notify. Also, in winter, 55 too cold when entry, most places 60 as base line in winter. Over all,nice place, enjoy experience staying.
