Walk 1.5 blocks to the heart of Downtown Estes Park to enjoy shopping, dining/bars, and the riverwalk. Enjoy amazing mountain views, the ambiance of a mountain getaway, the convenience of overlooking downtown and close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Original wood floors are beautifully restored throughout the cabin. There are two large picture windows in the livingroom overlooking downtown. Watch the Aerial Tramway make its way up the slopes of Propect Mountain (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Recent updates include all new furniture, mattresses, linens, and mountain decor. Attention to detail will make this cabin a memorable vacation getaway in Estes Park!

A dining table provides seating for four people.

Enjoy outdoor activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, or Estes Park's restaurants and shops. The river walk, Bond Park and its numerous festivals, or free concerts at Performance Park all within walking distance of the cabin.

Guests have access to our parking lot for 2 cars max, the home, yard, and deck. We don't have laundry facilities but they are available nearby at several coin-op facilities.

I am a part of a local management company called The Wolf Rentals. If you don't hear from me, you'll hear from my cohosts!

My cabin is located in a neighborhood of other historic cabins on a hillside just above downtown Estes Park. You can literally walk everywhere in town -- to the Stanley Hotel, Ed's Cantina, local coffee shops and restaurants, etc. Because it's on a hill, you have a great view of the mountains from our patio/deck and yard.

We have parking for two cars at our cabin, and it's a short walk to the seasonal free bus system that goes around Estes Park and into the National Park. The home is located just above Elkhorn Avenue, which is the main street of Estes Park. Elkhorn is filled with shops, bars and restaurants.

NOISE

This unit is in a quiet little neighborhood with other rentals nearby, so events, loud music and noises, and parties are strictly prohibited. Please be respectful of your noise level. I really want to maintain good relationships with my wonderful neighbors.

AIR CONDITIONER

Estes has a mild mountain climate in the summers but from time to time it can get hot. Like nearly every other home in town, there’s no A/C.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES

Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM. I cannot accommodate early check ins and late check outs due to my cleaners' schedule. It's a super tiny mountain town and the cleaners are slammed and there just aren't other people to clean. I'm sorry about that!

BEARS

Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area and can break in!

Great Walking Location
This cabin is exactly as advertised. The pictures are accurate. It is an older home but had what we needed and the location was perfect. It is walkable to Estes Park and all its surrounding beauty. Included in walking distance is anything you could want to eat, shop for, groceries and just plain hiking. We walked to Lake Estes and all around its beautiful paved path. Saw a herd of elk bathing in the lake. We made the short drive to RMNP and hiked there as well as took a 4 hour horse back ride through the park. The house does sit on a small hill, so for walking with children or elderly folks it may not be as easy.
