This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. The rental was clean and comfortable and so close to everything! We had 2 parking spaces on the property and walked or Uber’d everywhere. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great. Reminder your ice machine was not working and the toilet seats fell down But those are simple things you can fix. Our friends love the area and had a great time. Can’t wait to return.
Wonderful stay! We were in town as our daughter was checking out the College of Charleston and we decided to spend a few days. We had four adults and two teens and we all had plenty of room. Bonus was the three full bathrooms! The place was exactly what was advertised. Communication between management was excellent. Bonus was two parking spots and the convenience to King Street.

The property is conveniently located to a few restaurants and coffee shops. Our host was extremely responsive and understanding of the questions we had regarding rain and flash flooding in the area during our stay. It is very spacious and comfortably appointed. Very appreciative of the onsite parking as the house is located in the historic district. Given that it is an older home, expect to hear people in the upstairs residence and on the stairs.

The Inns in Charleston was a fantastic place for our group of 6 to spend the extended weekend. The property is easily accessible, close to King Street and plenty of populat places down cannon, and just lovely overall. We can't wait to come back!

Really cute place, great neighborhood location with several coffee & sandwich shops near by (Co-op, Bad Bunnies, Holy City Bagel, etc.) We had 3 couples in our group. Beds were comfy, really nice that there were 3 (small) bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment had been given a facelift but some aspects were a little worn - as to be expected given age of most units in Charleston. We took advantage of the porch a few times too. The unit does sit behind the main house, so the porch looks at the house in front & parking lot, but we didn't mind. Felt nice and private. Overall great stay, would rent again.

This place is perfect!!! The most perfect location! There is not a thing we would change. We normally stay in our go to hotels down in the center of King Street, but will be booking here for now on!
