Overall the place is great for a couple and if you want to bring your furry friends! The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the fenced in backyard for our dog! The place is not far from the beach access and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Only thing was the back door didn’t lock/latch properly so had to let someone know about that. But other than that, great place to stay! Would stay here again!

The place is clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the back yard. Only blocks from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfortable. Overall a great place, I would rent from here again

I think the back and front porches could use some cleaning, also I cleaned up about 10 piles of dog poop and my had only gone once. Inside I think they could use some basic kitchen stuff like salt and pepper and cooking spray that is just me.

We stayed here for 6 days and loved it. Super close to the beach which was my priority. Within 20 minutes of anything else I wanted to do. Not an overly populated area which was wonderful. I definitely would like to visit again!

Quiet location near Thomas Drive

Very nice place. Enjoyed or short stay. It was very quiet and peaceful. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard.

It was a great property. Very quiet area like abnormally quiet at night. Very cozy and pleasant house. We walked to the beach twice in no time. Very nice and relaxing walk to the beach. Negatives: Two things, I have to address. Please deep clean the couch seats. Possibly a rug doctor. They were saturated with deep stains in them possibly from guests having pets. Maybe air out the house longer when guests have dogs. Other than that no issues. It was a very pleasant experience.
The sand and beach was amazing. Such a convenient location to stay. The walk was so quick and painless.
After walking to the beach from the house. Just look at this view. So grateful it’s 8 min walk from the house.

Nice PCB Rental!

We stayed in this nice short term rental in Panama City Beach (PCB), booked through VRBO but managed by Soleil. We found the rental to be clean, exactly as advertised, well maintained, well equipped, and we enjoyed the experience very much. We requested early check-in and that was easily accommodated. We are likely to book again as we love PCB!

Great 2 Week Stay!

Such an easy stay with our 2 dogs. No sand burs in the back yard! Property was exactly as described, clean, and close to the beach. We drove and parked at the public beach access, but could definitely walk if you don’t mind a couple of blocks. Very close to St. Andrew’s park as well. Property Management was prompt, responsive, and communicative. We would definitely stay again!

Exactly What We Needed

This place was great! A good amount of space for us and our dog. The location was easy to get to and located near a lot of businesses. The kitchen is well-equipped and it was nice to eat at the built-in bar. There are cleaning supplies so you can clean yourself (great when we needed to sweep up sand from our day at the beach). The AC vent was dripping a bit in the living room but it was so hot and humid that its understandable. Exactly as advertised. Would stay here again.

The place was very cute and cozy inside it was not dirty but the floor should have been cleaned before we got their it had dirt and sand and stuff all over it..and it could be such a cute place but the property outside in the front and back was just not taken care of at all it had big weeds growing in the front ,it was not maintained and that kinda bothered me,I just thought why would it be left so unkept..I'm just pickybut I like things nice..but it was not a bad stay at all..just hope they clean the floors better and possibly fix up the grounds the place has so much cute potential..

NICE AND CLEAN AWAY FROM ROAD NOISE

DOWN FOR BIKE WEEK AND CAME ACROSS THIS LISTING AND KNEW BASICALLY WHEREIT WAS. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND I HAD REQUESTED A BLENDER AND IT WAS PROVIDED. BIKE WEEK IS LOAD ON THE MAIN DRAG BUT THIS PLACE WAS QUIET AT NIGHT.

Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. My daughter and I arrived to find the property unsecured—the front door, back door, and side gate were all open. After contacting management, I was informed that the cleaning crew had last accessed the property two days earlier. That means the property had been left unsecured for approximately 48 hours before our arrival. There was no way to know who may have entered the property during that time or whether someone could still have been inside. The backyard was equally unacceptable, covered with dog feces, broken glass, and cigarette butts. My 11-year-old daughter immediately said she didn't feel safe staying there, and I agreed. Despite multiple attempts to speak with someone by phone, I never received a call back. We left within 90 minutes, booked more expensive accommodations elsewhere, and were denied a refund. The only solution Soleil/VRBO offered was to send someone to clean the backyard, completely overlooking the serious security issues. Safety and cleanliness should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, neither was provided.
