Clean, updated, well stocked. AC, washer/dryer, etc all worked great. Pool was fine and right out the front door. Ten minutes to the beach, or calabash, etc. great space for a family.

Villa was well stocked with cooking items, plates, silverware and food storage containers . Layout of Villa works out well for two families. We have small children & had to childproof the beautiful items decorated around the unit. Location is great for pool access and in general getting around Sunset Beach, Calabash & Ocean Isle. The owner quickly responds to questions.

Great condo on the golf course

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The layout was perfect. My daughter and her friend had their own mini suite. The condo had everything we needed. The location was a short drive to the beach and the resort was great for long bike rides.

Summer vacation

Enjoyed our stay at this rental! Pool access was perfect for our 2 kids, condo was more spacious than I anticipated. Short 5 minute drive to beach. The grounds are beautiful, great area to walk or kids to bike. The unit provided all the basics need for our week long stay... Would stay here again!

Sea Trail Ground Floor Unit

This property was perfect for our family with the adjoining mini suite for our two teenagers. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, extremely clean and nicely decorated condo just minutes from the beach and great restaurants, this is the one for you. It really feels like a home away from home! Access is simple, and the pool is steps away. Communication from the owner was above and beyond - clear and timely. We loved every minute and will definitely return!

This was very relaxing and felt like home away from home. This is a beautiful condo with great appliances and kitchen. This place is located near several beaches and not very far from North Myrtle, Beach.
