Spend a week relaxing on the bay in this 2nd Floor, four-bedroom condominium! Enjoy water views from the deck overlooking the bay, or there is also a 2nd floor balcony with westerly views over the wetlands. Inside you'll find plenty of space to relax and unwind, with ample space for the family. With its location just over the 25th Street Bridge, you'll be close to town without the traffic. Walk into town for coffee and a newspaper, or for dinner and ice cream. Walk or drive to one of Avalon's beautiful beaches for the afternoon, then return to this bayfront retreat! (No boat slip available unless arranged with owner at time of booking and specified on lease.) Tenants may use (shared) fixed dock over the water for sitting/viewing. Tenants may use (shared) floating dock to swim/fish/crab. Garage is not available for tenant use. There is a small storage area on the side of the house.
