Exceptional property right on the course at Plumas Pines. Kitchen was well equipped. Ample outdoor seating furniture for enjoying dinner and a cool evening. Comfy beds and soft towels!

Golfing getaway with a group of friends who have know each other over 30 years… amazing golf amazing food a perfect place to stay. You can sit on the back deck in the morning. Enjoy your coffee and watch a fox run across the fairway see the birds it’s just awesome..

Roomy, clean, well appointed, excellent location, quiet, comfortable. No AC but was not an issue as the unit cools down quickly in the evening and we found ourselves wearing sweaters in the morning. Host is an excellent communicator and works to make your stay effortless. We loved it.

Great stop for our trip

This property met all of our expectations. It was great to cook steaks and eat on the back deck as opposed to our typical restaurant visits with our group of 7. The upstairs bunkroom was really hot in the evening and some A/C would have been welcomed. I would recommend some real coffee pods for the Keurig and soap for the showers.

The interior of the house has been updated and remodeled, the furniture is quite nice, the bedding is comfortable, and the kitchen is up to date. The exterior deck and gazebo could use some new paint.The house is great but the lakes outside need maintenance badly! The lake front and shorelines are full of overgrown tulles, willow trees and bushes. In some locations you cannot see the lake. The water is barely visible through the thick algae and lake weeds. The lawns and landscaping around the whole complex of homes have been let go and are not being watered. The lawns look dead and dying, the vegetation is bone dry. I am sure this is not an individual homeowner issue as much as it is an HOA issue. But the homeowners need the HOA to take action soon otherwise this complex will not be a desirable location as a rental property.All that being said I would rent here again under the assumption that the surrounding landscaping and lake conditions will improve.

With only a few hundred yards to the Middle Fork of the Feather River and in the middle of the Plumas National Forest you will never be at a loss something exciting to do. Or simply sit back and relax in the comfort of our spacious townhome. Time slows down when you are in Graeagle.

What makes this property unique

With four rooms, two master bedrooms, a total of four queen beds and two twin beds, our spacious town home has more than enough room for your golf or mountain retreat. When combined with an extra large dining room, well equipped kitchen, large family room, and large deck you will have plenty of space and all the amenities to fully enjoy your stay.
