Perfect stay count have been better

We traveled to Orlando for my daughters 15th birthday celebration to go to Animal kingdom. Found this property in Vrbo and hoped it would be as nice as in the photos and it was BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. Everyone loved the space super clean, very spacious and next to the parks. We had an amazing time and this property was more than amazing. Thank you for the wonderful host and for all their help. I will for sure stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Bug Bites

I made the property manager aware of the bug bites to my mother via one of the beds. Additionally, I provide pictures, to which the property manager provide several excuses via email. I asked for a one-night rebate, to which I have not received a response and I asked to be connected to someone else, and I received additional silence. I will be writing a review of my experience in the near-term on all social media outlets and google reviews, so the next people are aware of the unprofessionalism.

Perfect Vacation

Closer than a Disney hotel, minutes from each park! Weโ€™ve stayed here 3 times and itโ€™s been consistently great.

Lovely location, close to parks

Great location, close to where everyone wanted to be. Beds not that comfortable but when you're exhausted didn't take much to fall asleep. Communication the weeks prior to checking in were great. However, on the day off check in all communication stopped. I emailed to see if we could check in early (30 minutes early) and received no response. Additionally, there were only 2 wash cloths provided for a 4 night stay where 8 people could potentially stay. Also noted some things within the home, such as spots on the carpet and towel hangers in the bathroom that seemed to be coming off the wall. Sent an email again to the property management and received no response. Last day at location, sent an email advising that we had checked out and received no response. Great location, might stay again just not sure of the procedures that the property management follow while guests are in the homes.

Gymnastics in Orlando

We spent 5 nights at the beautiful condo for a gymnastics meet at the ESPN Sports Complex. The location was close to the venue. The condo has plenty of room and comfortable seating for hanging around. We enjoyed the pool ($100 extra per day) which was really nice. Would definitely stay here again!!
