My family has never stayed at the Edgewater resort before and we loved it. The room was spacious and accommodating, easy check in and loved the view from the balcony. We will definitely be back.

Okay. Communications to secure this property was excellent. Can not say enough about how needs were addressed promptly. Disappointed in the overall appearance. In need of a good update. However, the rooms were a good size and the showers were great. Lighting was dim in every room. Area rugs very dirty. Beds comfortable. Found one dead bug on the stove top upon arrival but at least it was dead. No other pest issues. Would vacation there again if it were updated from ceiling to floor with brighter lighting and paint.

Had to fill out lots of paperwork from Rent my Beach House. I never had to from private owners. The glass doors were not soundproof at all. We could clearly hear the karaoke and dj. We had to turn tv up all the way. The place was very nice other than that. Beds comfortable.

The property was nice but several things needed fixed. We had to call the maintenance in and most was fixed but explained why the rest. Couldn’t be at that time. I probably could have called about a couple other things but didn’t. Cleanliness of property was more like a 3.5 - definitely could use some improvement there! Overall we had a very nice enjoyable time and the room was functional! Beds slept well - washer, dryer and refrigerator great! Thank you!
