This Warm and Bright - Sun City Home nestled in the Oak Studded Texas Hill Country of Georgetown Texas has all the comforts of home.

Relax and put your feet up - while wildlife greets you from the large fully screened in porch. The spacious open living room and bedrooms face the sun and let so much natural light in.

With such a vibrant community within Sun City and Georgetown, this home is set up for entertaining. The large Hand Made Farmhouse Dining Table seats up to 8 comfortably for the best dinner parties. There is even a dedicated bar area!

Large Smart TVs and WiFi internet in each room with loads of channels.

The Kitchen is a culinary and coffee lovers highlight. It is fully stocked with baking and cooking supplies. There is a new model Ninja Coffee machine that can be set to brew when you wake up and can make full/half pots as well as single cups. It even features a Milk Frothing option for the inclined :)
(There is also a backup single pot coffee maker on hand)

The two-car garage has plenty of room and has an attached laundry room with state-of-the-art top load washer and dryer combo.

The walking trails, restaurants and Lake are all very close and are open to the public and any guests even those staying under 2 months.

Downtown Georgetown is very close and is a must visit with an incredible town square (Voted Best In Texas) Featuring wine tasting, fine dining, play house, tap house and much more. Downtown Austin is only about a half hour drive away.

Grocery stores such as HEB, Randal's, & Walgreens are less than 5 min from the front door as well as many other shops and restaurants are so close by.

There are also many community events like movie, dancing, dinner clubs and live music that happen all the time in Sun City and all guests are welcome to attend and enjoy. (a schedule and "What's Happening" literature will be provided)

This home has all the feel of living in the private sun kissed woods while having access to so many things to see and places to visit.

This is the perfect place if you are building a home in the area, or are looking to move here. Or, if you are just wanting to snow bird and enjoy the beautiful Central Texas weather in this lake forest community - this is your spot!

1 Month Minimum Stay.

At least one occupant on the the reservation must be 55 years or older per the HOA. (DL or photo ID required) (If your stay needs to be extended once you've arrived this is more than possible with enough notice given in advance to block off the days.)

Dirty house

The house is filthy! Refrigerator leaks. Dirt balls on patio Carpet is disgusting Had to purchase a mop to clean floors. Had to purchase waste can for bathroom . Garbage disposal stench Dried toothpaste on sinks! Baked on dust on lights in bathroom which we cleaned We left it much cleaner than we found it.

We had a very nice stay at Sun City Texas, the community offered a variety of activities to keep us busy throughout the day. The accommodations you offered of a 2bdrm/2ba met our expectations. Your son was very accommodating and was always available to answer questions. We definitely would come back to Sun City Texas again. Thank you for providing a comfortable place to be during our vacation.

Quiet retreat in Georgetown

Quiet retreat located in Sun City. Very comfortable. Only point worth noting is the beds are full sized, not queen mattresses, so a bit cozy. Main bedroom also has eastern exposure so well suited to early risers as it does get bright in the mornings. Host was easy to reach and very responsive. A fine alternative to a cramped hotel room for any extended stay.

Nice Sun City retreat

This quaint 2 bedroom duplex was quiet and in a very safe neighborhood, convenient to highways and amenities. The décor is slightly dated and the kitchen is only stocked with basics. While there was coffee and a coffee maker, there was not powdered cream or sugar, so expect to bring anything you need. A few spices were in the kitchen and some laundry detergent was available to leave with clean clothes as well. Would have liked a larger bed in the master suite and the house needs more towels if you will have a longer stay. Nothing fancy but met the needs of 3 adults while in town for a wedding weekend and it was priced fair. We'd stay again when in the area.

Great for Snowbirds

We stayed from Dec 1 - April 15 and were able to get a renter’s card which enabled us to use all the facilities, reserve tickets for entertainment events, go on bus outings, join golf leagues, etc. The neighborhood were very friendly and welcoming. The home was comfortable and well supplied. John was always quick to answer text messages to him which was very much appreciated. It’s a great place to stay for the winter. We enjoyed going to Mulligans and Wriggleys for dinner without needing to leave Sun City.
