House was just as described, and wonderful to have our own space while visiting our parents in Sun City. Decor was calming and house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including garage access. This was a lovely spot to stay while visiting for a family wedding. Coffee on the lanai every morning, with local deer showing up for our enjoyment! Host was very responsive as we settled in. We'll be back!

Long Term Stay

We had a long term stay while building and the owner was very accommodating and responsive. Beautiful setting with deer in the yard and so peaceful.

Austin weekend

My husband, son and I stayed for a long weekend. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch each morning drinking coffee and watching the mama dear and her babies. It was clean, very quiet and had all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

The layout of the house is great. So are the surroundings. We felt at home, we stayed for a month.Everything is there you can wish for in a rentalhouse.We loved to sit outdoors on the covered patio.

Two step festival

This house was just the perfect size for 4 adults, I love that we each had our own bathroom. It was VERY clean. A. Skip and a hop away from downtown Georgetown.Very nice and quiet neighborhood. We will be definitely staying here again on our next trip to Georgetown.
