Le Vieux Passage district, near the Ria d'Etel, a 5-minute walk from a small family beach and its beautiful little harbour. House with a surface area of ​​approximately 60 m², accommodating up to 5 people. Ideal for family holidays. The house comprises: Ground floor: - Living room, Dining room - Fully equipped kitchen - Living room with sofa bed and TV - Laundry room with washing machine Ground floor: - 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom with 1 double bed, 2nd bedroom with 1 single bed and a sofa bed) - 1 bathroom with bathtub. OUTSIDE: enclosed garden - Garden and terrace (garden furniture, pergola, barbecue, sun loungers, garden shed, etc.). Parking space in front of the house, and 4 adult bicycles available (no extra charge) and 2 kayaks available (extra charge). You can enjoy the beautiful "Blue Flag" beaches of Kervegant and Le Magouero, St Cado, Gâvres, Port-Louis, Erdeven... Other shops 5 minutes away by car (supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, Caterer, pharmacy, and numerous restaurants, etc.). No cleaning fee is offered; you are responsible for leaving the house in the same good condition as you found it. Bed linen and towels are not provided.

Excellent séjour malgré la canicule. La plage à 300m plage familiale. L'hébergement rien à dire, si ce n'est que la baignoire est un peu haute pour des personnes d'un certain âge. Petite parcelle de verdure super avec patio. À revenir plus tard. Cordialement

Die Küche hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt.Haustiere hatten wir dabei.Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, mit Terrasse und Rasenfläche. Die Wohnung ist hell und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig.
