Condo is well equipped and comfortable. We did sweep the balcony. Views are great. Generally quiet atmosphere, except for a few dogs on the beach.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. Beautiful view whether you are sitting outside on the balcony or inside looking out. Was very clean and so comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

Carol is an amazing host. This was our 2nd stay here and it was the perfect place to stay. The sheets on our bed were so soft and the place was was very clean. We had a bulb in the bathroom out and Carol came right over and replaced it. Also replaced the faucets in both bathrooms to better ones. We will be staying here again for sure.

Good location, fantastic view and proximity to ocean; convenient location for everything we had planned to do. Front bedroom & bathroom were apparently quite cold. Very heavy dust accumulation on louvered doors to the furnace; the handle on the sliding door to the balcony is falling out and the caulking on the window next to it needs to be repaired; there was no dishwasher soap (or bathroom soap, shampoo etc). Having the app to open the gates worked great. Someone should really check the temp in the hot tub and fix the sign that reads "at 103 degrees the temperature was 8:00am" (same wording as last year). There was some type of odd problem with the electrical outlets - not all of them worked all the time: for example, I plugged my phone in to charge and 2 hours later it had lost power - that happened several times with different devices & different plugs. Otherwise, it was a good stay. Carol responded quite quickly when I informed her of the dishwasher soap issue (the night before we were leaving).

Great vibes at the beach

Great place to stay nice views right on the beach. Location was good close to all the shopping and mini golf courses. Clean and had all of the amenities we needed thanks for the great memories we shared!!

No issues, but should be noted that beside lamp/lightbulb were dusty,and did not function properly. Northtower pool was closed during our stay. Southtower pool was under restrictions due to construction on upper floors.Otherwise clean and beautiful, safe area, good information in condo regarding check-in, check-out, restaurant recommendations.Totally enjoyed our stay.
