Welcome to this country house surrounded by horses and the villages of the Pays d'Auge. Enjoy quality time with your family in this 160m² house. The spacious garden features a heated outdoor swimming pool* (open from May to September). The well-equipped property offers numerous possibilities for entertaining and creating lasting memories. On the ground floor, you will find a fitted kitchen, a dining table, an extendable dining table, and a living room. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with a toilet. On the ground floor, on the landing, you will find an office, and to the right, a spacious bedroom with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The hallway leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a large bedroom with two single beds and an IKEA bed with two single mattresses. The fireplace is not usable. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi.
