Enjoy this beachfront loft at a great location in Isla Verde Beach. Walk to restaurants, bars and supermarket and over a mile of beach. Only 10 minutes the airport and 10 minutes to Old San Juan. Loft is fully remodeled with all the basics you need to have an amazing vacation at a budget friendly rate.

Right outside the loft there is a shared terrace. Coin Washer & Dryer at Building. Free unassigned parking available.

Building has security cameras in common areas. There are no camera inside the condo.

All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.

Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

Small and Cozy

The condo is exactly as shown in the photos. Fine for a couple and 1 child. There are building repairs happening during the week, but we're early risers and had no issues. A close 10 minute walk to Playa Papaya for breakfast, shopping, and other eateries nearby. Loved having a 24 hours grocery store (SueprMax) across the street.
