Contemporary Loft overlooking Main Street. Walk to major entertainment venues, dozens of restaurants, retail, sporting events, and museums.

Directly overlooking Main st, you are in the middle of all the action. Walk to Bon Secour Arena, the Peace Center, Fluor Field, the waterfall and suspension bridge at Falls Park. And more!

A short drive away: Clemson, Furman, NGU, Wofford, for sports. Nearby lakes, Keowee, Hartwell, and Jocassee, are great for fishing and boating.

Suite A is surrounded by dozens of restaurants, retail, specialty shops. You are perched above bustling Main Street in the historic 103 year old Cauble Commons building, a marketing showpiece for downtown revitalization. No elevator.

Suite A features an 18ft ceiling, Heart pine floors. City views. Safe and secure, with a door code required for entry into the building.

Enjoy a full kitchen. Two full bathrooms. King bed in loft area. The extra large windows are great for people watching! Because of the open loft concept, the unit is not recommended for families with very young children. Although, Please, contact me about your family stay. No pets. No smoking. No parties. Thank you.

Professionally cleaned with detailed sanitizing and disinfecting of the unit. Additional cleaning products, and disinfectants are provided.

No on-premise parking, although, limited street parking is available. Richardson street Garage, a two minute walk, is across the street (pay to park). Parking on Main st is free after 4pm Friday through Monday at 10am. (Special events excluded, signs will be posted).

This is a perfect spot, perfectly located for a visit to Greenville. We wanted a central location with easy access to the best the city has to offer and this was the place. We were there for four nights and had dinner within a few yards of the loft on three nights. In the middle of Main Street shopping, two blocks from the Saturday Market, and a short downhill walk to the Swamp Rabbit trail. Would recommend to anyone either first time visit or long time visitor with a need to be centrally located. Parking was easy in a monitored garage close by and we loved our view of the street. The host provided a welcoming environment and everything we needed for our stay.

The space, the amenities, the location, and the host were as much as we could have wanted. We parked the car didn’t get into it again until we left four days later. We were within walking distance of everything we needed and the events that we had planned to attend. Heidi was incredibly helpful, giving us information about the location, and making excellent suggestions about places we could eat. We were grateful for the opportunity to stay there and look forward to sharing this with others and possibly staying again.
