95 Coggeshall Ave is an 1870's historic Victorian in one of the most desirable neighborhoods of Newport. We are walking distance to some of the most significant Newport attractions. Historic Bellevue Avenue is 1 block away. Ocean Drive, Bailey's Beach, Reject's Beach and the Cliff Walk are down the street. Salve College is 3 blocks away. A 15 minute walk brings you to the Tennis Hall of Fame, and Thames Street. First Beach, Second Beach and Fort Adams are all a short drive away. Location, Location!
