This corner unit can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably in its 3 bedrooms and Queen Sofa Sleeper. 2 bedrooms include balcony access and private bathrooms. The bunk room is perfect for the kids and has easy access to the shared hallway bathroom.

Walk downstairs to dine at the Cabana Café, conveniently located in your building. With 2 pools, easy access to beach and a fitness center, you'll want to return Ariel Dunes year after year.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with dual vanities and separate shower and tub.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, balcony access and private bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 3: 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks and separate access to shared hallway bathroom.
Sofa in the living area pulls out to a queen bed.

Ariel Dunes I (a part of Seascape Resort) offers top of the line amenities and easy access to the beach, dining, shopping, and entertainment. At the back of the building, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the 18-hole Seascape Golf Course where the golfer in your group will definitely want to spend some time.

There are 2 large pools, one is zero entry, and the second features mushroom fountain your kids will love. Each pool offers plenty of lounging space for soaking up the Florida sun. Gas grills are conveniently located by the East pool for guest use.

You have access to over 2000 linear feet of private sugar white sand beach with chair and umbrella rentals available.

Looking for more to do? There is tennis, a state-of-the-art fitness center with steam room and sauna, watersport rentals, bike rentals, and the Cabana Café Bar & Restaurant onsite. Dine on the beach at Whale’s Tail Bar & Grill across the street.

Disclaimer:
Please be advised that Ariel Dunes I will have ongoing construction and maintenance from August 2026 through early 2027. Guests may experience construction noise, temporary pool or balcony closures, parking impacts, and changes to building entrances or pedestrian routes.

A metal roof replacement project is expected to begin in mid-September 2026 and last approximately 6–7 weeks, weather permitting. Work will generally take place Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. At times, only one pool may be available.

Walkway and balcony restoration is scheduled from October 2026 through early 2027. For Unit 601, the sixth-floor walkway will be closed January 25–February 5, 2027, and the unit will not be accessible during this period. The south/southeast balconies will be closed November 9–27, 2026, and the north balcony will be closed January 11–29, 2027. The unit will not have air conditioning during the north balcony closure.

Annual dryer vent cleaning is also scheduled beginning August 3, 2026, for approximately 4–6 weeks, with possible brief unit access and minor noise.
