For many years this house belonged to a wonderful family with very strong ties to the area. When they decided to move to Florida in the fall, we purchased the house.
We spent months updating it. Replacing fixtures, furniture pieces, linens, towels but the most impressive addition is the brand new staircase to a PRIVATE BEACH!!! (you can see it being built in the photos above)

Why they chose this property
The house is GREAT but the private beach right across the street is AMAZING! the staircase was just installed, so you will be one of the first ones to enjoy your very own beach.... only 2 homes share it and no-one else!
