Conveniently located just minutes from many of Lake Charles’ top attractions, the home is only 3 miles from the new Mallard Golf Club and within close proximity to McNeese State University, downtown Lake Charles, Prien Lake Mall, and the area’s popular casinos.

With I-210 just blocks away, getting around Lake Charles is quick and easy—everything the city has to offer is within a 15-minute drive, including the Country Club Golf Course at the Golden Nugget. Property exceeded our expectations. Definitely will stay at this property the next time we’re in town. It was just like going home. The house was just as described in the listing. There are restaurants close to the house and a shopping mall less than a mile away. I highly recommend this rental .

This s the second time staying here. We come down every year to do a family guided fishing trip and Lake Charles is a 30 min drive away. House is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The owner Demmick is a wonderful person to work with. Answered me quickly when I had a question. Would stay again for a third time.
