Ideally located for exploring the Aude and Cathar Country, this charming little single-story holiday rental is situated 5 km from the famous City of Carcassonne. The region offers a wealth of activities and discoveries, whether you’re interested in the surrounding nature, culture, or heritage. The cottage is completely private, opening onto a large landscaped garden, situated across from the owners’ home while still ensuring everyone’s privacy. A beautiful shared pool is available (10 x 6 m, depth 1.30 to 1.90 m). The cottage features a living room with a very well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and a bedroom with a 140-cm double bed. There is a private terrace at the front of the cottage with patio furniture, and an electric grill is available. Secure parking is on the property. Two hybrid bikes are available. The village of Pennautier has all the necessary shops, a fitness trail, and hiking trails 5 km away. Pets allowed for an additional fee: €20
