In general, good

Location is very convenient, neighborhood is Ok (lots of cars) around, some cars are extremely very noisy. House need a good maintenance. House is very limited in plates (5 salad size), wine glasses ( 2 ), pots, no bowls of any size (we should buy to prepare salads). We had some issues with kitchen equipment when we arrived but there were resolved promptly. The owner was always in touch if we have any issues or questions. Overall, it was good. Thank you

It was fine. Not great.

I left a list of over a dozen things that were broken, missing, dirty, etc. Some are deal breakers, some are not. No instructions on how to use the entertainment system or pop corn maker. There was dirt on the walls and doors (grimy). No dish washer or laundry pods; the hand soap was separated because they just keep adding water to the containers. The “included” shampoo, conditioner and lotion were already used containers, some travel size. The kitchen has no large bowls to mix or cook with. Furniture squeaks every time you sit on it and we wondered if it had ever been replaced (including mattresses).

Perfect place to stay!

We used the property for 9 days and hired a car, the property was perfectly placed for access to the freeway and the strip itself. It was an amazing house! I had to contact the owner once as I set the alarm off by accident, but she swiftly shut it off and gave us the code to make sure we could turn it off if the problem happened again. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

We had high expectations, but when we arrived we were a little disappointed. Outside was very dirty, we had to hose down the patio. Everywhere a lot of hair. Pool was dirty, we had to clean it. Inside there was only a few items of silverware, the owner send us some new silverware. There were no batteries in the remotecontrol, we had to buy them. There were no fitting lightbulbs in the lamps in the second bedroom. There were no wineglasses, apparently the previous renters broke them every time. So we bought them ourselves. Icemachine did not work, needed a new filter There was garbage in the frontgarden, we left it there. Beds are fine but the matresses don’t fit the beds, they are to short. The propertiemanager came to bring a new toiletseat, this was already broken when we arrived, but not fixed between 2 rentals. She saw us leave the house and waited in the car before entering the house, why I don’t know? But one of us was still in the house, she did not know this and was surprised. Towels and sheets were very fine. Washer and dryer were very good. Overall a nice house but , but they have to do a inspection before new guest and replace items that need to be fixed or replaced.
