Welcome to Anastasia Island Oasis! Our cozy condo located at Crescent Beach on Anastasia Island. The island, known for its pristine quiet and historic beauty, is the perfect spot to stay while you explore the romance of Downtown St. Augustine or Anastasia State Park and its beautiful beaches.

Whether your vacation is a quick getaway or an extended stay, we have gone above and beyond to ensure this space is your home away from home. From the sheer relaxation of having coffee while taking in the panoramic views of the ocean on the spacious balcony, to breathing in the fresh ocean air as you walk down the boardwalk to the private beach. It’s time for the perfect beach vacation to commence!

LIVING SPACES:

The open floorplan is designed to direct your attention to the ocean from every angle – you can view the beauty of the Atlantic from the comfort of the living room, the gracious dining table or at the eat-in island – and the full-length mirrored wall doubles your viewing pleasure! The view is even better from the balcony, equipped with chairs and a lounge. Take your morning coffee outside and watch the sunrise while the surfers ride in on the waves, or settle in for the night after a hard day relaxing on the beach with a glass of wine. And just in case you need to check on work or have a rainy day, the Oasis also has fast WIFI – 235 Mbps and 50” Smart Ts!

KITCHEN:

This newly renovated kitchen is fully-stocked and ready to go. Starting your morning has never been easier, just stop by the “Crabby Crusher Café” coffee station, make a delicious fresh-brewed mug, and boost your mood immediately! With brand-new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, whipping up delicious meals will be a breeze.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:

The master bedroom features a king size bed with an ensuite full bathroom equipped with a double vanity and walk-in tile shower stocked with Paya Organics shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. With a view of the ocean through floor to ceiling windows and direct access to the balcony- you may not make it out of bed! The second bedroom features 2 sets of bunk beds with reading lights, one with a bottom full bed and all with plush, thick mattresses. Stocked with games, toys and another wall-mounted TV, young (and young at heart) guests here will love having their separate space.

The 2nd full bathroom has a shower/tub and also comes with plenty of extra towels, and Paya Organics products.

OUTDOORS:

Along with a spacious heated pool is a patio area equipped with lounges, chairs, tables and umbrellas. A covered area poolside (with overhead fans) provides a cool place to escape the sun while still at the pool. There is a sundeck and gazebo overlooking the dunes on the way to the private dune walk-over bringing you directly onto the beach! On the way back stop by the outdoor shower to rise the sand off.

The Oasis has beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys and a beach wagon to carry it all! The beaches are spectacular, just bring your swimsuits and come enjoy!
