Welcome to Atlantic House | Seaside Retreat located just steps away from family friendly Short Sands Beach!

This fantastic, perfectly located condo with street views has two Queen bedrooms and two full baths. You have all the comforts of home in this cozy beach retreat! Full kitchen with dishwasher, flat screen tv's with Spectrum TV, Wi-Fi, linens and towels, everything for your Maine Beach Vacation, right down to the lobster pot! This unit is located on the 4th floor via elevator and comes with one off street parking space located across the street behind Molly O's Restaurant a great place to have breakfast or lunch!

For those early spring nights or fall evenings fire up the gas fireplace for a bit of ambiance and open a bottle of wine from My Wine-y Sister located on the first floor of the building! Convenient right? Also conveniently located in the Atlantic House is boutique shopping and on the second story during the summer months, there is The Sand Dollar Restaurant which has live music on the open air deck during the day and a piano bar at night! *The music from the Sand Dollar Restaurant rarely reaches the 4th floor.

Everything that Short Sands Beach has to offer is within walking distance. For instance... Both Short Sands and Long Sands Beaches, York's Wild Animal Kingdom, The Beach Bucket grocery store and take out, coffee shops, restaurants and fun shopping!

You may not need to get in your car for the entirety of your stay!

Clean & Quiet

We’ve rented various places for the last 5 years in York, Maine and this condo was our favorite place! Clean and quiet in a great central location and responsive hosts. We would definitely rent again in the future.

Family vacation

Convenient location and parking. Made it very easy to eat, shop, and go to the beach and zoo with two children under 6yrs old. Quiet despite location. Was difficult to find the condo itself without signage in the building/elevator.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic condo! I stayed with my two parents and we found the unit to be incredibly clean, spacious and equipped with everything you’d need. They spared no expense with the renovations, using top of the line materials, including the super comfortable beds. Check in and out was super easy. You could park your car and not use it once if you wanted to based on how centrally located it was to everything!

In the Fall

The property was lovely. It was a little hard to figure out how to access it. Everything was clean and prepared for our arrival. TV service was not great, streaming only.

Smaller than expected, kitchen wasn't easy to maneuver around in and not very well equipped. The management were quick to respond to ?s and issues we had. Very confusing on how to enter the building and get to the unit. The directory inside listed the Wi-Fi incorrectly and we did not have live TV
