Enjoy the peace of sunset views from the large hot tub on the expansive deck. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of ocean waves breaking on the beach below.

The Nantucket modern-style home has been completely rebuilt and professionally decorated with high-end finishes, appliances, and designer touches.

The roomy chef’s kitchen has lots of space for many cooks and kitchen-guest interaction. The large, open floor plan is perfect for group conversations and more intimate chats.

A separate entertainment area features a pool table, 85-inch widescreen TV is located in the living room,

The home has two primary suites, one on each floor. All beds feature top-of-the-line mattresses for a restful night’s sleep.

Weddings, receptions, etc. We limit the number of guests at any given time to stay at this vacation rental to 12 people. This vacation rental is located within a HOA with security personnel on patrol 24/7 we have to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the HOA.

Linda is a fantastic host! I can’t say enough good things about her and her home. The views are amazing! First class! One would be hard pressed to find another home in Dillon Beach that can accommodate a large group of nine and offer exceptional comfort and amenities. We had a wonderful stay at this beyond beautiful home. We looked to have a nice relaxing girls weekend and that is exactly what we got. This house has unbelievable views of the Pacific. It is the most well-stocked rental house I've ever stayed in! Perfect for your family vacation! We had to contact the house manager for an issue and they were very responsive and helpful. Absolutely recommend!!
