The house was the perfect size for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. The shared spaces including the living room, kitchen and lounge area, front porch and especially the rooftop patio were enjoyed by all. Location was excellent.

Such a fun house for a vacation rental. I think they left out of the description just how close it is to the square with all of the best restaurants and shopping. Happened upon a huge farmers market an block away in the Square, so much fun. House was more than enough for the three families who stayed there. House was immaculate, the area in general was clean and safe. I mentioned the pool being warm and they very unexpectedly dropped off a truckload of ice! Needless to say, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time.

The house was in a great location where we could walk to restaurants and museums. We had a group of 11 people, and there was plenty of room. We like to cook, and wish that there were larger pots and pans.

Perfect Placement

This place is perfectly located for mountain biking enthusiasts. You can walk or bike basically anywhere that matters. The place is awesome--so many good indoor and outdoor hang-out spots. Great place for a guys trip!

Better than the Picture! Amazing floor plan, with a great view above the roof tops. 3 easy blocks to the Square. 2 BBQ grills, kitchen & rooftop were top shelf. Flat screen TV in every room. Huge garage with easy access.

Mountain bike getaway

Property was in a perfect location. Short walk to downtown and few minutes ride to trails for riding. Would highly recommend property. Communication with property manager was immediate when needed.

Perfect Stay

My husband and 8 of his buddies stayed here for a MTB trip for his 50th birthday. They LOVED the house, said it was perfect. The pool was great for cooling off after hitting the trails and they really enjoyed the rooftop deck for happy hour! The location could not be beat for hitting the downtown area for dinner. Would absolutely rent this one again! Thank you for sharing you amazing property!

A great stay!!

This was our first time to Bentonville and what a great place to visit! And the property was just as listed; pictures very representative! House was very clean and spacious for our party of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids)! The kids loved their rooms and the bean bag beds! All beds, pillows and sheets were comfortable. Nice appliances / amenities throughout the house and loved the upper patio! And can’t beat the location… a 5 minute walk to downtown! The property manager was also very attentive and responsive to our questions and requests. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely return!

NOT Worth The Money!

SO disappointed! The elevator never worked so guests had to carry bags up/down stairs, the stove had spilled, burned food in the bottom, several dead plants around the house, no toilet paper in two bathrooms, no towels in one bathroom and the master bath had wet towels in the linen cabinet. There was supposed to be a fire table feature but one side didn't light.

I’m sorry you were disappointed. The elevator did work & we sent a maintenance person to show you how to use it properly. The elevator is not for luggage transport, it is for ADA purposes, so says our instructions. We had a massive storm a day or two before your arrival & our firepit was flooded, I explained this to you. I apologized & you understood. You did not follow any checkout procedures, left the house in disarray, & soiled many linens.

home for our wedding weekend

I rented this beautiful home for our wedding party the night before and after my wedding and it was so convenient! the home is very spacious and beautiful with a fantastic location.

Amazing Property

This house is fantastic. It’s huge and has a ton of amenities. Large kitchen island and area for hanging out. A master suite that is huge and has an impressive walk in shower. Top floor roof top patio area with tv, fire pit, and grill. Then there is the new in ground pool out back. We had 15 people in our group, four couples and seven children under age 12. There was plenty of sleeping space and room for all of us. The house is a two minute walk from the Bentonville square and all the restaurants and activity in that area. We cannot wait to stay at this house again as soon as we are able.
