Perfect location just steps from the beach. Lovely large balcony for viewing sunsets and enjoying private outdoor space. Inside space was perfect for us! However could use some fresh paint and a quieter vent for the bathroom. Be prepared to stock your own toiletries and kitchen essentials. Our experiences with VRBOs have provided more of the essential provisions. However, this would not prevent us from staying again. Also, walkable to some outside dining areas and plenty of beach shops! We enjoyed the sidewalks for long walks.

Beautiful condo steps away from the powdered sugar sand and gulf waters! Loved the huge patio and 1st floor location. The views were awesome! We loved waking up in the morning and seeing the ocean! Plenty of good restaurants in the area. Our Favs: McGuires and Back Beach BBQ! Extraordinary communication with our hosts Stephanie and Roger!!! Thank you for sharing your beach condo with us!

Thank you so much for the glowing review, Barbara! We're so glad you enjoyed waking up to those gulf views and loved the 1st-floor patio access, we think the first floor is the BEST floor. :) McGuire's and Back Beach BBQ are top choices! It was an absolute pleasure hosting you, and Roger and I would love to welcome you back to The Tipsy Mermaid anytime!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed plus some for our stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the views from both the living room and bedroom were amazing! The balcony was our favorite place! Beach chairs and an umbrella were a thoughtful touch that we enjoyed very much! The hosts were very friendly, very responsive and went above and beyond! Highly recommend this place!!

Thank you so much for the beautiful review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that your stay from April 20th to 24th was so memorable. We love hearing that you enjoyed the views from both the living room and bedroom, and that the balcony became your favorite spot to relax! We intentionally stock the condo with beach chairs and an umbrella so our guests can fully enjoy their time on the sand without any extra hassle, so it's wonderful to know that made a difference for you. It was a true pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back for another amazing beach getaway anytime!

Place looks exactly like the pictures. The bedroom could use some room darkening curtains. The condo could use a good floor cleaning throughout. Also the entry door and outside patio needs a cleaning. Easy access to the condo.

Thank you for your feedback and for letting us know that the condo looked exactly like the pictures and offered easy access! Our resort just underwent an extensive, full property renovation, which has brought some amazing updates to the complex but unfortunately left behind some stubborn construction dust in the common entryways and patios. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we have already worked with our cleaning team to do an extra deep clean of the floors and outdoor spaces to clear out the last of the renovation debris.
