About this property

Newly renovated condo on the beach with 4 pools

Kick back and enjoy the warm sun & salty breeze at our beachfront condo. This 2 bed/2 bath condo has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation, and the complex is very family friendly. We aren't a high-rise building and we have less than 200 units, so our beach doesn't get as crowded as other areas! Secured parking with overnight guard for peace of mind.

When you need a break from the beach, walk over to the Hugh S. Branyon backcountry trail at Gulf State Park. Enjoy pristine nature surroundings on the walking & biking trail, rent a kayak or paddleboard for the lake, go zip lining, or do a little fishing on the pier. Or head just down the road to Adventure Island for arcade games, mini golf, go karts, laser tag, bumper boats, and more!

Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise on the sun deck, just steps from our unit. Or sit outside in the evening with a cocktail while the sun sets over the beach. It's hard NOT to relax here!

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. No early check-in during high season.
* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM.

Please not that there is construction going on next door, on the far side of the building from our unit. They shut down early every day and have never bothered us a bit, but we like to warn people :)

Great Family Getaway

Very comfortable condo

Had a quick change of plans due to hurricane Milton. First time visiting orange beach. The condo is in a great location. The actual unit is updated but the entire area as a whole is not. The host was very responsive and kind.

Great vacation property.

Really enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. Condos were very quiet, clean nicely decorated. Four pools were excellent. Downside, parking pass was $25 for stay, condo we stayed in was dated. Construction next to complex was a bit noisy. All said I will stay here again and I recommend.

Summer Vacation

We stayed at Audra's place for almost a week. Audra was great to desl with and was very responsive im communicating. The condo building sits right on the beach and has several pools to choose from as well. Very convenient location that had everything we needed for our stay.

We booked this property for a quick weekend get away. It was so much fun! The unit was clean, smelled good and the beds were so COMFY! Definitely would love to come back and stay again. We also really loved the pool options. If one was a little too crowded for the kids, we could go to another.

Location wasn't bad, but the only beach front view we had was blocked by scaffolding due to construction. Tvs in bed rooms wouldn't work until we discovered extension cords under the bed that they had to be plugged into

The $30 parking fee was a surprise. The building complex was okay - tired looking, very industrial looking (all concrete) building. The view outside our patio was the interior courtyard so no beach view.

Huge let down

Booking and payment for the condo was smooth, fast and easy. The host was quick to respond to questions and concerns. Parking was great and location was wonderful! The condo was very cozy and cute. However, while unpacking we started finding trash. Under the furniture and stuffed into the couch. The skirting of the bed had mildew on it. The online listing stated there was a sofa bed, when in fact there wasn’t one so we were scrambling to Walmart to purchase an air mattress since we didn’t have enough options to sleep. During the night the electrical box flipped a breaker causing not only half of the lights to not turn on but the air conditioning went off as well. (Not what you want to wake up to in the summer). There was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. The door to the balcony storage closet would not stay shut and due to the wind, it kept slamming. To wrap it all up the elevators stopped working. The dishwasher also leaked all over the floor. I asked if it was possible if I could stay a couple more hours due to the few setbacks and was left with no response to a yes or no. We went to the pool and came back to a locked room that our code did not work. I messaged the host for assistance and was told I had 30 minutes to leave or the police would be called on me. This upset not only me but my children as well. I have never been treated that way and I feel like it could have been handled differently. I will never rent from this host again.

Jennifer - We communicated repeatedly that checkout time was 10 AM and you refused to leave. I had guests arriving for check in the same afternoon and my cleaner was waiting to clean the unit. We run the risk of affecting other guests’ stay when you do not leave on time, as well as delaying my cleaners schedule, which affects other properties as well. We tried to communicate with you and Vrbo also called to try and reach you. The only way we received a response was to mention the police getting involved. I would recommend adhering to the check out time if you rent any other places in the future. This is an unfair review considering we just wanted you to check out on time. We have never had this issue with any other guest and have never received a low rating.
