The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area near the sea and the village. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The entrance area is on the first floor, where the living room with an open-plan kitchen is located. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a shower room between the two bedrooms. The living room, which features a dining area and a comfortable sofa corner, leads to a terrace furnished with a large dining area and then, via a staircase, to the garden. There you'll find the pool, additional seating, sun loungers, and a barbecue for cozy evenings. The basement is a separate apartment and is only accessible from the outside through a separate entrance door. There is another bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed, an anteroom, and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub, washing machine, and dryer.

Location
The holiday chalet is located in a quiet residential area in Colonia de Sant Pere, approximately 450 meters from the sea. From here, all restaurants, the beach promenade with a small, family-friendly village beach, and the many shops in town are easily accessible. It takes just a few minutes by car or a 15-minute walk. Colònia de Sant Pere (Spanish: Colonia de San Pedro) lies just outside the pretty town of Artà in northeast Mallorca. It remains a seemingly sleepy place, untouched by mass tourism, with a stunning, unspoiled natural landscape. The beautiful, well-maintained beach promenade, with its good restaurants, a marina, and a family-friendly beach, invites you to stroll and relax. Further amenities include a small market square with a medieval church and a small weekly market on Saturdays, several shops, three supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a newsagent and stationery store selling beach items. Colònia de Sant Pere is not only an excellent holiday and beach resort, but also an ideal starting point for hikes along the sea and in the mountains. Here, you'll find many small, romantic coves perfect for swimming, which are never crowded, even in summer and during school holidays. A 2 km long natural beach connects Colònia de Sant Pere with Son Serra de Marina, the nearest seaside resort on the Bay of Alcudia. Colònia de Sant Pere exudes charm and ambiance: While the children play on the beach, parents can relax in one of the restaurants along the promenade, enjoying a cappuccino and watching their children. From Colònia de Sant Pere, you can reach Playa de Muro in 20 minutes, as well as other beaches such as the famous Cala Torta and the beautiful beaches and coves of Cala Ratjada. Numerous golf courses and horseback riding opportunities are available in the surrounding area. Palma and the airport are 70 km away; Manacor, the island's third-largest town with many shops, a beautiful town center, and a large hospital, is 20 km away. The nearest larger town is Artà, just 9 km away, with a beautiful town center and the impressive Church of San Salvador, which sits on a mountain overlooking the town.

The house sleeps up to 4 people. The rental prices, including final cleaning, are based on occupancy of 4 people. Please inquire directly with the landlord.

The final cleaning fee of €180 and the tourist tax of €2.50 per person per day (over 16 years of age) are payable directly upon arrival and are not included in the final price shown here.
