This beautiful ocean front first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1384 sq ft condo located at Palacio Del Mar has spectacular views and upgrades galore! Just walk 80 feet and you are at the shore of the Sea of Cortez. Rocky Point is located just 65 miles south of Arizona. It is a very peaceful, quiet resort town with restaurants, shops and a fresh fish market. Beautiful brick domed ceiling, ceiling fans, lovely Mexican tile, very tasteful furniture and covered patio! Master bedroom has french doors opening up the the great room with an awesome view of the ocean! Custom cabinetry and granite counter tops complement the classy decor! Very comfortable king sized bed and queen sized bed. Also, queen sized pull out sofa sleeper. Directv. Pool and hot tub may not heated in Winter.

This condo was great! Wonderful location, quiet and located near Mirador beach. Every appliance you can imagine, great for everyday use. Security was really great, we always felt secure. Clean property and friendly staff! A wonderful table outside to listen to the ocean just steps from the pool. I enjoyed meeting doing my art there each day. I would highly recommend this unit! I only wish the hot tub was heated more than a couple nights a week.

This was our 2nd stay. This condo is fabulous. Comfortable, clean, safe. Lot of Americans stay at this property in long term rentals. We were there for 3 days. Direct Tv with all the American tv stations. Prettier than the pictures. Very responsive host. Be sure to take kitchen items like spices, tin foil, etc....

This is our go to place. It is centrally located to every place we like to visit for dining. So relaxing… right by the beach. We took advantage of getting massages while we were there. I love listening to the pelicans and watching them dive for their dinner.

Everything about the place was amazing, best of all the view, the pool that was just a few steps away after opening the patio door was a plus, overlooking the ocean. Location is quite and everything is close by, Mannys beach club is right next door in walking distance. Highly recommend staying here, overall our vacation was fantastic and would definitely stay here again

Air conditioning system didn’t work for 5 days of the trip….then the electric was cut off almost the entire 5 th day. Master bedroom has no windows so natural ventilation as suggested by the host isn’t possible unless you want to leave your doors open on an 1st floor unit…Owner made excuses even though all other power was on in the building. Owner aggressively refused to cancel the rest of our booking or refund any money even though lack of maintenance, keeping your electricity on/current isn’t too much to ask from a host IMO. Host did not take responsibility at all….The pictures make this place look great…but beware the host that’s anything but hospitable.

This place was super clean and beautiful! We would definitely stay again. Brenda was also a great host and very responsive if you have questions or anything comes up. This property was in an awesome location near lots of things to do and had great vendors that come by delivering margaritas and other services. Sitting in the pool watching all the amazing wild life in and by the ocean was our favorite part. Lots of dolphins, seagulls, pelicans and we even saw a couple falcons and watched them hunt! Property was exactly as described with easy access and check-in. Pictures do not do justice to the beautiful view right outdide the sliding doors. Place was immaculate, directions perfect. All in all a wonderful stay!

Everything about our stay was amazing, the property was beautiful, we had an abundance of towels to be able to dip in and out of the jacuzzi and swimming pool. We stayed here over Halloween weekend. Brenda's place was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy and our host was responsive.You are close to everything here.The view is outstanding! There is a large palapa below the pool with nice stools to enjoy the view. Understand, there is no direct beach access, which we were aware of when we booked, but you are absolutely beach front. We were able to walk our dogs over to the beach area by Manny's across the the lot next to us. There is a beautiful negative edge pool (unheated)steps from your patio and a large hot tub. I have to say, the hot tub only has 4 working jets(maybe 8' diameter) and really didn't get hot. This & lack of beach access were the only things that made it 4 star.The security staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you Bart!Don't hesitate to book here. We will stay again.

The listing states at least twice that the hot tub may not be heated. It is also stated in the agreement. There was no reason to consider this a selling point.

Why they chose this property

I started going to Rocky Point in early 1993 and immediately fell in love with the beauty and tranquility of the sea. I love the culture and the small town atmosphere. I bought the condo in December 2008 and spend as much time in Rocky Point, as possible. I drive there by myself all of the time and feel completely safe.

What makes this property unique

Breathtaking view from the condo! Very relaxing, peaceful property with not many tourists during non-peak times, yet close to everything! Furnished very nicely!
