About this property

Welcome to our little slice of paradise! This home comes complete with luxury finishes, canal water frontage/gulf access by boat, a heated pool, huge accordion doors that truly allow for indoor/outdoor Florida living at it's finest.
The large master suite is flooded with natural light and includes a spa like master bathroom. The suite opens up onto the lanai for breathtaking views and a soft evening breeze.
The newly finished kitchen takes your breath away with it's oversized kitchen island, new appliances, and don't forget the most important thing... the fully stocked coffee bar!

Bring your own or easily rent a boat, as we are a boater's paradise with gulf access right from our dock.
Our 2nd bedroom is complete with a queen bed and breathtaking water views of the canal.
Our third bedroom is set with maximum flexibility in sleeping arrangements in mind! Complete with a queen bed, twin day bed and twin under trundle. Perfectly set up for a 3rd couple, entire family or several children.. you chose!

Beautiful and Comfortable

This property was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with lots of different living space for relaxing, watching TV or hanging out together. It was very well-stocked and we found it had everything we needed. The coffee bar was a great perk and we appreciated the beach equipment. The location on the canal was gorgeous with a beautiful view of the sunset and some manatees that visited from time to time. The property manager was very amenable and accommodating, with prompt communication. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Wonderful Stay

We loved this house. Beautiful, roomy and perfect for families. The owners have thought of everything and even have a wonderful webpage with all the necessary information for the house and helpful information about the city and surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, and pool and beach equipment. The house was stocked with many of the items that are easily forgotten at home for convenience. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the pool every evening. We would definitely stay here again!

Surprisingly wonderful!

Great house to spend weeks or even a few months. Exceeded expectations! Beautiful and comfortable inside and out and had everything a family would need for a wonderful vacation, pool toys, coolers, chairs, outdoor space was great. Jena was our contact for property management and she was very responsive. I asked for a few things during our 2 month stay such as bath mats, placemats for outdoor table, squeegee for the shower, etc. and they arrived the next day. Very helpful! Would stay I would highly recommend this property!
