The house was exactly as advertised. The views and beach access were absolutely amazing! Everything was clean, and the house included all of the things we needed for our stay. There was a small snafu with the included beach equipment, but it was VERY quickly remedied by the hosts. We will be back!

Fabulous house with several extras like beach towels, chairs, beach toys, pack and play, high chair. All of this was very helpful. Welcome bag with snacks and coffee.

The home was perfect for our stay! It's very nice and new, and the beachfront location is perfect! The home was also well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning up. We also really enjoyed and appreciated the beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, etc...) that's included. Check-in/check-out couldn't have been easier as well. Highly reccomend!

Communication with the host family was pleasant and prompt. The property was exactly as advertised, plenty of sapce an luxury to accomodate our group of 10. Directly off the beach, views were spectacular. My only regret was there was not a visible regestry for us to write the host family a note about our stay. the house was definately the highlight of our stay. If we ever get a chance to stay again in Fort Morgan, this will be the first accomodation we look for!

An absolute gem of a house and location. Excellent host communication, great floorplan, all the beach accessories you'll need during your stay. What more could you want?!? Quality bed linens, comfortable furniture and a great view from the living room?...yeah, it's got all that too!

The entire process was easy. We had a great check-in experience, we had one issue that came up with the icemaker that was addressed within 24 hours. The owners were very responsive and the view of the beach was unobstructed and quite beautiful. 5/5 would recommend.

We’ve been to the Fort Morgan area many times and this has been our favorite house so far! The kids loved the bunk beds, the adults loved the easy beach access, and everyone had a great time. An extremely minor detail- the tub didn’t stop up very well, as if the seal doesn’t hold. Didn’t really impact us as I had packed a travel tub just in case, but useful to know!

The house was perfect for for family of five (3 young kids ages 1-7 years old) & my parents. It was well maintained, and the owners went above and beyond to make it feel welcoming and cozy. The communication was excellent as we booked the trip 2 days prior to checking in. The walk to the beach from the house is one of the best parts as it took 1-2 mins to walk down to the beach or back up again (and it was pretty flat too which makes a big difference). We would 100% recommend. It exceeded all of our expectations & we truly enjoyed the trip and experience.

This is the place! 4 bedrooms all on 1 floor. Amazing gulf view! Best uncrowded beach access ever. July 4th 250th and we had all the room in the world. Morgantown is the best. We overpacked — the host provides everything and the W/D meant we could’ve packed a lot lighter. White sand. Comfy swivel chairs by picture windows. Adults in their own bedrooms with grandkids super happy with double bunks in their own room. While there is plenty to do and see nearby, we only left to buy fresh snapper and crab. Trip of a lifetime for “Grandma’s” 65th birthday.

We loved this rental!

Great, beautiful view and very close to the water.

We will book this home every year, our family really enjoyed the beautiful view every morning, the location was perfect and we didn’t have anyone within 50+ yards on either side of us on the beach and that was what we were looking for. The home was beautiful and having our own walk way to the beach was awesome. One of the best vacations we have ever had.

This a very nice rental. Right on the beach. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach chairs for the family. We will definingly be coming back to Morgan Town again.

Super fast and easy check in process. Owners offered great suggestions for restaurants and activities for the week. House was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for the week. Beach was beautiful and quiet. We spend the first evening and next morning watching dolphins swim around for hours! This was our first time taking our kids (5, 3, & 1) on vacation and to the beach and the house and all it came with made it a dream week! Back porch also had locked gates, which helped keep the toddlers from wandering off the deck. We can’t wait to come back! Also we very much appreciated the check out process. We were not expected to spend the last day cleaning, which is always a nice surprise.
