Pool heater is intended to heat the pool above outside temperature and there is no guarantee that temperature will be suitable for all guests. While our intent is to heat to 84 degrees Fahrenheit there may be times that outside weather will prevent this.

Cancellation Policy:
Thank you for considering our accommodation for your stay. We understand that plans can change, and we have implemented the following cancellation policy to accommodate such situations while ensuring a fair and consistent approach for all our guests.
If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly request that you notify us within the specified cancellation period. In the event of a cancellation within this period, we will be happy to refund 96% of the booking price paid to the host by the channel manager. This allows us to recover some of the costs associated with the reservation and secure your spot for alternative bookings.
Please note that the cancellation period may vary depending on the specific terms and conditions of your booking. We encourage you to review your reservation details or contact us directly for further clarification.
Party Policy:
At our establishment, we strive to create a comfortable and respectful environment for all our guests. To maintain this atmosphere, we have implemented a strict party policy. Parties are not permitted unless explicitly approved by the host in writing prior to your stay.
We kindly request that you refrain from hosting parties or any disruptive activities that may disturb other guests, our neighbors, or the local community. If a party is reported and found to be taking place without prior written approval, the host reserves the right to immediately remove the guest(s) responsible for the event. In such cases, no refunds will be provided to the guest(s) involved.
Respect for Neighbors and Noise Limitations:

To ensure a peaceful environment, we request that noise be kept to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. This allows everyone, including our neighbors, to enjoy their tranquility. Smoking Policy:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home as well as on the lanai/balcony. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking in these areas. However, if you wish to smoke, we provide designated outdoor smoking areas. When smoking outside, we kindly ask that you pick up all cigarette butts and dispose of them properly in the designated receptacles. This helps us maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone.
Pool Policy:
We are delighted to offer our guests access to our pool and hot tub facilities. Please feel free to enjoy these amenities at your convenience. However, we would like to emphasize the importance of pool safety.
For the safety of all guests, particularly children, we kindly request that you do not leave children unattended in the pool area. We do not have a lifeguard on duty, and it is essential that children are supervised at all times while using the pool. Ensuring their safety is of the utmost importance to us, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
