RESTFUL RETREAT!

UPDATES AS OF 11/01/2023: NEW FLOORING IN PRIMARY AND BEDROOM OVER THE GARAGE, ENTRY AND LAUNDRY ROOM, SLEEPER SOFA MATTRESSES, AREA RUGS IN PRIMARY BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM, BATHROOMS LIGHTING AND FAUCETS, NEW 2 SEAT POOL SWING

This home is located on a quiet street in the middle of Sea PInes and you may access the beach either by a less than10 minute walk (directions will be in home) or you have access to the Free Beach Shuttle that offers free parking and short trip to Atlantic Ocean at the Sea Pines Beach Club.

The home has 4 bedrooms with the master on the first floor off the living room with ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower and large walk in closet. Two guest bedrooms are on the second floor with a walkway between looking over the living room. The bedrooms have a queen in one and 2 twins in the other and both have ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom is over the garage with a king bed and twin in the loft above with access via steps on side of king bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is also a sleeper sofa in this bedroom!


The main living area has a separate dining room, living room and kitchen with eating area. There is also a small screen porch that leads to a generous deck with gas grill and just a few steps to the private pool (may be heated for an additional $800 per week) that is fenced in with plenty of chairs for lounging.

The garage is not for guest use but there is a long driveway that will fit 4 cars comfortably.

We had a great time here! House was close to the bike trail and perfect for a short bike to the beach. The home was spacious and very clean, with great bath towels. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Would definitely vacation here again!

This was our second time staying at this property, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The location is hard to beat, with easy access to the ocean and easy bike ride to Harbour Town and South Beach. The house is comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Being so close to the beach made it easy to enjoy plenty of time by the water. We enjoyed our stay so much the first time that we came back, and we wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again. Highly recommend!

This house was beautiful and clean and just as described! Looked just like the pictures, even better in person. Loved the pool, and the kitchen had everything we needed for homemade meals. We had 7 adults and having 5 bathrooms was amazing! Would definitely stay again!

The home is in a great location, very large and worked well for our trip. There were a few hiccups but they were immediately resolved! We were also able to access the property early which was greatly appreciated. A few things could be refreshed but over all a nice home and somewhere we would stay again.

First time visiting Hilton Head, we loved it. This home we rented is beautiful, spacious and the pool is such a huge bonus after coming back from beach to relax. The home is in a beautiful area, close proximity to beach, about ten minute walk. The owner supplies a wagon which was a huge help for our chairs and bags. Host was available to answer any questions which they weren’t too many. She sent check in information couple days prior to arriving. Great experience

Absolutely loved this property. Space, space, and more space! BDR 1 - master on main king bed, BDR2 - upstairs twin beds, BDR3 - upstairs queen bed, BDR4 - above garage king bed, twin loft bed, and pull-out couch(double?). Also a pull-out couch(double?) in the upstairs loft between bedrooms and pull-out couch in the living room. Kitchen has *almost* all the amenities you would want, short on drinking glasses for the number of guests to accommodate. Nothing felt outdated. Quick walk or bike-ride to closest beach access. Easy drive or ride to Sea Pines Beach Club. Beach wagon was great, chairs could stand to be replaced a few at a time. The beach/pool towels provided are a weird shammy/microfiber material so bring your own if you have texture preferences.The ONLY thing I didn't love was the 8-digit combo to get in the home, I'm positive this is for security reasons but I'm the only one in my 8-person party that was willing to memorize the code. The vent fan in the garage bedroom was not working at all and the ceiling fan remote was MIA.

Great spot in Sea Pines

Nice property. Enjoyed the central location do it was super convenient to south beach, beach club and Harbor Town too. Especially nice and close to the beach!

What a great family vacation. The location of this house is perfect. It is close to the bike trails and less than a 5 minute bike ride to the beach (which feels pretty private) or about a 10 minute walk. The pool was best part and where we spent the majority of our time. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect for big family

Our first time doing a family vacation. This was a Great location, close to the beach and the house pool was perfect! We would def recommend this location, we had 7 adults & 2 kids under 2 and this was perfect space.
