For shared use: table tennis, children's playground (slide, swing). Private: property 700 m2, garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 20.Oct.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 14.8 km, pebble beach 4 km, rocky beach 4 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, cycle lane 25 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Separate room with billiard table and darts, at 50 m from the villa, for shared use with villas HR2835.106.1 and HR2835.108.1. Possibility of renting a boat and kayak (on request, extra). Sehr schöne, gehobene Villa!

Sehr schöne, gehobene Villa, die sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber ist. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Auch der Pool und der Außenbereich waren tadellos. Auch die Lage war gut. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Grande maison tres bien équipée

Situation au calme en istrie dans un environnement agréable. Maison neuve équipée avec du mobilier et électroménager de qualité au design Italien. Tres propre et fonctionnelle. Décoration agréable. Piscine parfaite. Seuls bémols, les guêpes qui permettent difficilement de manger dehors et la proximité de l'autre villa qui n'est pas encore masquée par la végétation.
