In the hamlet Vlakovo 15 km from the centre of Labin, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: table tennis, children's playground (slide, swing). Private: property 700 m2, garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 20.Oct.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 14.8 km, pebble beach 4 km, rocky beach 4 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, cycle lane 25 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Separate room with billiard table and darts, at 50 m from the villa, for shared use with villas HR2835.107.1 and HR2835.108.1. Possibility of renting a boat and kayak (on request, extra). The owner can arrange boat trips (on request, extra).

Eine Klasse für sich!

Für 8 Personen ideal. Gelegen in Istrien mitten im Nirgendwo! Hervorragend ausgestattet, wie in der Anzeige dargestellt, die Betreuerin ist immerzu erreichbar und kümmert sich absolut adäquat und extrem freundlich! Wer direkt am Meer zum Baden wohnen will, für den ist die An- und Abfahrt - egal ob zum nächsten Supermarkt oder Strand evtl. etwas beschwerlich. Wer es lieber etwas ruhiger hat und keinen Trubel braucht für den ist das Haus ideal!

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben! Modern, sauber und hatte alles zu bieten was man benötigte. Wenn es doch einmal Probleme gab, war die Vermieterin innerhalb kürzester Zeit vor Ort, um alles zu regeln. Eine bessere Betreuung hatten wir noch nie. Kurz und knapp! Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Villa, großer Garten, super Pool

Die Villa ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Mit vier Schlafzimmern und vier Bädern ist sie für 9 Personen geeignet. Der Garten ist schön groß zum Spielen für die Kinder. Der Pool ist zum abkühlen eine super Gelegenheit.

Ein entspannter Urlaub

Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt den Angaben. Küche sehr hochwertig, alles WMF, Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine usw. kurz um alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Anlage ist Videoüberwacht, die Verwalter sprechen Englisch und sind sehr freundlich. Wir waren schon um 14:00 Uhr vor Ort, kurz darauf konnten wir schon das Haus beziehen. Kurz gesagt, die Immobilie verspricht einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hochwertig, gut ausgestattet und hat alles was für einen entspannten Urlaub gebraucht wird. Die großzügige Raumaufteilung bietet auch für mehrere Personen Genügend Platz.

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Die Einrichtung und die Qualität des Hauses war oberer Standart. Man ist hier etwas abgelegen und hat seine Ruhe. Jedes der Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Neben der Villa befinden sich noch 2 baugleiche Villen. Die Villa wurde uns einwandfrei und super sauber übergeben. Die Hausdame war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich würde hier auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
