Our family had such a great stay! The rooms were clean and we had enough supplies to last a couple of days! We paid to have the pool heated and it was marvelous of its cool weather during your stay. The host responds quickly to any question/concern big or small which was so nice. I would definitely book with this host again in the future! An the community pool/amenities were great for the kids.

Had a fantastic stay with family. Contact with host was absolutely excellent and responses were really quick (and super helpful). Villa was superb. Location for parks was brilliant and the resort itself was fantastic. Resort had a really friendly feel. Would definitely stay again.

House was very clean, had everything we needed. We did not use the pool because Orlando was unusually cold, but it looked great. House is super close to Publix and a few restaurants too. Host communicated promptly.

Perfect family getaway

We were very happy with the property. The home and pool/spa were very clean. Loved the game room. It kept the kids occupied. The clubhouse pool area was very large, lazy river and water slides were fun.

March 2024 stay

We loved our stay here! As a family of 11 with 2 children under two they were very accommodating by providing us with 2 pack n plays and 2 high chairs for the week as well as a small umbrella stroller to use. One day the timer for the hot tub stopped working so I messaged the property manager and a new one was installed later that day. Definitely recommend this house as it is a close walk to the clubhouse/community pool area.

Had a wonderful stay at the property. Vitor is an excellent host with superb communication. Every question we had before booking was answered swiftly and clearly which really put our mind at easeThe resorts security makes you feel very safe and secure. They are thorough at check in, and after that you can access in a separate queue or another gate to speed things up. Getting into the property was super simple, Vitor provides very clear instructions on everything from getting in, to trash etc House on arrival was immaculately clean, and presented exactly as shown in photos, with the added privacy to the rear where a fence has been erected to separate the houses to rear. Bedrooms comfortable with plenty of space.Highlights for us (group of 6, 4 adults and 2 toddlers) was the pool & hot tub, and the games room. Exactly what you need after days at disney. Location wise is great, simple drives to the parks, plenty of restaurants within 15-20 minutes drive, (there are a few that are a 15 min walk down the road) as well as a supermarket just down the road. All through the stay, any questions we had Vitor answered, any issues we had Vitor and his team dealt with swiftly (a hair dryer broke and a new one was delivered to the next morning). I cannot say anything negative at all. Do not hesitate to book, i can only say good things and will be recommending to friends and family. 10/10

Great stay

I loved it.. We had a blast. The house is just like it’s listed. The only thing while cooking there were no oven mitts to take out the food out the oven. So we had to use a hand towel to retrieve our food. The pool and girl were great. I wish the instructions were given in the email upon arrival so there’s no delay. Other than that it was worth it. The kids enjoyed the game room and the resort.

Great house!!

House was very clean and spacious. I have stayed in similar properties around the area but this one by far was the best one. My family and I had a great weekend and would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a place around this area.
