Entire 1st floor of a cute farmhouse nestled in a quiet mountain neighborhood. Enjoy the sound of crickets or peepers in the spring and summer or the rustling of leaves in the fall. We even enjoy an occasional snow fall in the winter months of January and February. If you feel like venturing out of this restful retreat, you’ll be only minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 15 from Biltmore Estate or Downtown Asheville, 20 from Black Mountain, and under 30 from Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. Full kitchen with dining room table, living room, and front porch with rockers. Come for Asheville’s hiking, sights, and treats, then cone home to rest and relax.

Things to note:
*This listing sits on top of a basement apartment. There are private entrances to both and no shared spaces except laundry which is accessed by separate locked entrances.

*There is no cable but there is Wifi.

Fairview also has some popular local breweries and restaurants. The house is situated on 3 acres of land with lots of light. You can enjoy peace and quiet with a cup of coffee on the front porch or out on the back deck.
