Downstairs, there is a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower. At the front of the house, you can park your car in a secure, gated area, and at the back, you'll find the swimming pool and barbecue.
The house is located just a 15-minute walk from Riells, a lively area with many shops, restaurants of all kinds, and a pedestrian promenade offering pleasant views and direct access to the beach.
