Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat. Enjoy ICW views from the back deck, with access just a couple hundred feet away. The beach is an easy 15‑minute walk, and you’ll be close to great shopping and local dining.

Everything you need for fun is here: bikes, wagon, beach chairs, kayaks, hammocks, cornhole, sand toys, fishing gear, and more — all included to make your stay effortless and memorable.



Rules:
To rent this property, you must be a minimum of 25 years old.
You will be responsible for any damage to property caused by you or your party. Loss of bikes, kayaks and other amenities will result in a replacement fee.
House includes towels and linens. Sheets on bed, bath towels, hand towels etc.
No pets. $400 fine
No smoking. $400 fine

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You will be responsible for any damage to property caused by you or your party. No smoking or pets - $400 fine per.
There is a framed picture with a QR code in the living room. Please use this for house rules, check out procedures and recommendations.
Check out is at 10:00am. Please remove sheets/pillowcases from bed (not mattress covers or pillow shams) and dirty towels/wash clothes on floor.
