Great location

The house was mostly clean (under the beds haven't been swept in a while), the sheets were very nice, and the decks provide a nice place to sit and enjoy the ocean view. The bathroom on the right has a constant drip in the shower and the bedroom TV remotes may need new batteries. The most important issue, the smoke detectors. There are only three, none are mounted. The one in the kitchen is on the table and the other two, of four bedrooms, are laying on the dressers.

Ok house

The house is a little small for 5 adults and 2 children. There isn’t one large room. The bathrooms are very small. But, the location is great. It was a short walk to the beach. We had two dogs with us and unfortunately the property is not very welcoming to them. There was some type of weed in the “grass” which was a sticker that stuck in our dog’s paws and our shoes. To get to the washer and dryer you have to go outside and downstairs. So, it was inconvenient, especially after it rained and flooded the area you have to walk through. So, while the property wasn’t great for the price, we still enjoyed our stay at the beach.
