Beautiful detached house, close to another dwelling. This charming cottage for 12 people includes, on the ground floor, a living room with a kitchenette and a lounge area with sofas and a television. Wi-Fi. Two steps lead up to the sleeping area: two bedrooms with two double beds (140cm) and a shower room with WC. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with one double bed (140cm), and one large bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and one double bed (140cm). A bathroom and a separate WC are also located on this floor. The cottage has oil-fired central heating. Outside, the large terrace is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. The grounds and swing offer ample space to relax and unwind. Baby equipment includes a cot, high chair, and baby bath. The cottage is located 7 km from Sarlat and Montignac and 10 km from Les Eyzies-de-Tayac. A lovely swimming lake is located 3 km away. The south-facing garden offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. Come and recharge your batteries in this lovely rental!
