Very pretty vintage home, comfortable and cozy. Well appointed (well..how about a paring knife or some smaller knifes) Loved the location, accessible to a nice park and dining. Backyard and deck was lovely.
Home was well stocked and clean. Plenty of extra blankets as well. Decorated nicely and close to what we needed. Depending on age of guests, walking to places may not be ideal.
The property was a little more run down than then pictures showed. But it had plenty of space for all of us and we weren’t there that much anyway. The beds upstairs were not very comfortable. Overall it was fine, good central location.
This house was perfect for our gathering of eight women and a baby!It had a variety of bedrooms and bed set ups. The deck on the back was great at night. We also enjoyed being able to walk from the house and visit coffee shops and stores. It was also an easy distance to Meijer Gardens and downtown Grand Rapids. We appreciated the Keurig makers and cups too!We would definitely stay here again.
An excellent location for big groups and lovely hosts
I had my family stay at this property during my wedding and it was just perfect. Lots of space, multiple dining, kitchen and lounge spaces. Several bed options (including comfortable couches) and well stocked with utensils, kitchenware, a washing machine and other useful tools. Additionally, the accommodation was also just very nicely decorated (though you wouldn't necessarily know it fron the outside). There is also a small grocery store close by which came in handy when we first arrived. Lastly, the hosts Krista and David were just lovely. Very accommodating and helpful, and helped make the whole experience smooth and peaceful. I'm very grateful to them for this.
We had a nice stay here. The lower apartment is spacious, pretty and comfortable. The owners make it easy to communicate, when needed. This is an old beautifully refurbished house that has creaky floors above, but definitely feels private otherwise.
