Beautiful apartment on two floors, usable all year round

The apartment is located right in the center of Keszthely and yet very quiet in a side street. There is a closed parking lot in the courtyard, balcony with a good view of the city. Restaurants, market, boulevard, shops in 200m, lake with a very nice seaside resort with restaurants, children's playground, culture, ship pier in 800m. There are also many sights. Kezszthely is the capital of Lake Balaton with 25,000 inhabitants. There is all infrastructure including hospital, banks, supermarkets. It is 6 km to the famous thermal lake in Heviz, and 20 km to the thermal lake Zalakaros. Therefore, the apartment is also suitable for cures and relaxation all year round. Underfloor heating and air conditioning always ensure good living.
The apartment consists of two floors. Downstairs are the entrance area, modern living room with LED TV, there is WiFi. From the living room you can access the balcony and the open kitchen. There is also a toilet with a shower. A staircase leads up from the living room. There is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a bed for two people.
For a third and fourth person, sleeping in the living room is possible on a very suitable couch and a good mobile bed. It should be noted that there is no separation of the rooms when sleeping, since the stairs connect the floors. A cot is also available for families with small children.
You will receive the keys from our administrator, who will also hand over the keys to you. It is a very nice man who is happy to answer questions and help you with problems.
Please note that the city council charges a tourist tax of 1.5 € per day per person over 18 years, which must be paid in cash upon receipt of the key.
