Amazing views!

Our condo had a beautiful view that included the gulf and the river and islands! The area surrounding the condo was pleasant as well and we enjoyed views of the wildlife as well as the foliage. During our stay we explored beaches in the surrounding area including Naples, Sanibel, Captiva, Vanderbilt, Marco Island and the state park across the street. We prepared all of our meals during our stay and the size of the condo was perfect for a couple.

Distinctively no customer service

Having visited FMB for the last 40+ years we were aware of the effects of the hurricane. While booking there was a section regarding messages. We asked if the condo had beach chairs. NEVER got a response. A day early we asked about early check in. An hour or two was what we were looking for. They said to call back. We did and they returned the call around 3:15 for early check-in at 4pm. Um no thanks Upon arrival noticed no patio furniture, beach chairs were in the closet and the standard egg smell from the unrented hot water heater (thanks for the early check in!) No patio furniture. And the refund was 6% of total cost. The view was beautiful while standing. This is completely unacceptable. We will never deal with these people again. They are there for you money The property itself had beautiful views, great appointments, excellent property but find another host.
