Ideally located 600m from all shops, in the very popular area of St Aygulf. St Aygulf market very popular all year round.

Modern fully equipped villa of 110m2, new from 2025, composed of 3 bedrooms with 4 double beds, which can accommodate 6 adults maximum:

- A master suite with bathroom (walk-in shower) and double bed (160x200) and large dressing room
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and dressing room
- A bedroom with 2 double bunk beds (2 beds of 140x190) and large dressing room. Sleeping adults are not allowed in the upper bunk bed for obvious safety reasons (weight)
